Rwanda Appoints New Envoy To China

Kigali: A cabinet meeting chaired by President Paul Kagame has named on Thursday former head of the Genocide survivors� umbrella organization IBUKA, Mr. Fran�ois-Xavier Ngarambe as the new envoy to China, in replacement of the long serving diplomat in Beijing Mr. Benjamin Rugangazi.

Hope the New Envoy will continue to strengthen the Bilateral Cooperation existing between China and Rwanda for mutual interests and the well-being of Rwandan and Chinese Peoples.
