Victoire Ingabire - challenges Gen. Paul Kagame and RPF

Kigali: The Rwandan opposition politician Victoire Ingabire under house arrest has been refunded all the money she paid to rent her house in Kigali and asked to leave immediately.

in Kinyarwanda.

The unnamed owner apparently refunded on Friday all the five-month rent to Ingabire, and all he did was request that the FDU-Inkingi chief and her staff find another place to live.

A member of her team said they had started searching for another house – at which point they will vacate the place they have called home since January 16, when Ingabire arrived in the country.

The owner reportedly told Ingabire that he was under pressure and had decided to stay out of trouble.

Commenting on this, an observer of the Rwandan situation writes:
It is very sad indeed that Ingabire is being asked to leave her rental residence. It reminds me of back in 2003 when Twagiramungu could not find any place to rent and had to stay in a hotel during the “election” period. The RPF machine is worse than any dictatorship even known to humanity because on one hand they are more evil than Lucifer himself but on the other hand they have a PR machine to convince fools around the world that they are decent human beings.

I hope you don’t exagurate about what you are saying on Rwanda, RPF and the President Kagame. As a Rwandese I think it is clear for all Kagame deserves to lead Rwanda and no one else especially those who are now candidates to the presidency. We congratulate those who managed to register for Presidency it is a good sign that Rwanda is a country where democracy reside but that doesn’t mean we are happy ready to face insults, lies and abuse to our dear loved President.

I am in Rwanda from 05th April 1975 up to now I never experienced the peace, security and development as what we have today, so what is your problem? Do u hate the peace of Rwanda and it development vision?

I tell you and assure that you’ll never win

all these are signs of a system short of ideas or in disarray. Otherwise the RPF did not need to bend that low to intervene in a business transaction between a Landlord and a tenant. You not need to be exceptionally intelligent to conclude that the house owner was under immense pressure.
Why stoop so low.
If anything the RPF regime is the best Public relations Bureau for Victoire Ingabire in showing the true colours of RPF.

Is Kagame really the brain behind the harrasment of Rwandans opposed to him or are the western allies who he is helping loot the Congolese minerals the ones pushing his hot buttons against any opposing African?
Paranoyance sets it when a person has the blood of 6,800,000 people hanging over over his head! Every Rwandan is now suspected of some potential wrong doing by Paul Kagame and his supporters and it is sad!

Jumping to conclusions without investigating circumstances is a disease most people, even those who are learned suffer. Why should Ingabire et Al think that it is Kagame who is pushing her out of the house. I dont think Kagame is that cheap to do such a thing. This morning I heard the landlord speak on Radio, reasons were to do with breach of contact on the side of the tenant who is even not Ingabire herself. The landlord said he had a contract with another lady and not Ingabire. This leaves me wondering why in the first place Ingabire had to rent a house through some one else as if it is not her right to do so? Something fishy about this lady.

I am so sad for my country because it has the likes of “Fidele” who only think for themselves. If Kagame is really as beloved as Fidele claims, then he would have let the people vote between Kagame and Ingabire. But no. Kagame is so scared, there is no way he would even be able to rig the elections if Ingabire’s name had been on the ballot. So, he simply chooses not to put her name. Rwanda is a volcano waiting to erupt.

Prince, your question about why Ingabire would rent through somebody else is easily answered. For example, if the landlord required someone who has a full-time job in Rwanda. So, please stop with your shallow thinking.

Aimable, shallow thinking!!!!!!? When were you last in Rwanda, I want to inform you that here, in Rwanda, no landlord asks for your job to rent the house because first of all what he needs is money. I myself, am a student and have no job and I have a house I rent. I think it is you who is thinking shallowly mate.
