US lawyer Peter Erlinder to appear in Rwandan court on charges of genocide denial
ARUSHA, Tanzania � Rwanda’s top prosecutor wants an American professor to appear in a Rwandan court on charges of genocide denial.
Martin Ngoga says Peter Erlinder will be charged with denying Rwanda’s genocide. Erlinder, a law professor at the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and defence lawyer at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), was arrested in May in Kigali where he was planning to defend opposition leader Ms. Victoire Ingabire, chair of the opposition party FDU-Inkingi. He was granted bail in June on humanitarian grounds.
Ms Victoire Ingabire is now in jail in Kigali and is said to be in worrying health conditions.
Ngoga made his remarks in Arusha, Tanzania, where the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) is based.

Martin is making noise like his predecessor but he will soon find out that Peter Erlinder is an American citizen! You do not persecute American citizens because of ideology or whatever laws you make to persecute hutus in Rwanda! How can supected criminals are going to judge innocent people while they do not want justice to apply to them?
But indeed, “who is persecuting who?” Is now Ngoga more knowledgeable in law than Peter Erlinder? Let us wait and see. Think before making so much noise for nothing!

Michel, your message is very clear and I support what you said. These arrogant extremists Tutsi are nervous and aggressive because they are unable to continue hidding the truth. The foundation of their criminal regime is falling apart! Erlinder’s plight in Rwandan jail helped americans to know the true color of Kagame regime. Ngoga is cutting the branch on which he sits! These criminal should be dealt with intead of allowing them to mistreat innocent people; many souls are already crying for justice in Rwanda.
When you put a pack of killers l in charge of vulnerable citizens, it is like putting a pack wolves in a karaal filled with a flock of sheep! The outcome is deadly. Kagame is a very efficient, bold, and proud exterminator of African race! This guy is very scary!
