Tense atmosphere in Kigali and drastic new security directives
Following the military spokesman’s statement accusing exiled army generals to be behind recent grenades, with the help of Uganda and Tanzania, the atmosphere in Kigali is tense.
The city of Kigali Authority has issued security measures regarding hotels, banks, bars and transport businesses with immediate effect:
? Every one entering a hotel must be searched and hotels must be equiped with detectors within one week.
? Bars must be equiped with power generators to keep lights on in event of general blackouts in the area.
? Owners of cars with tinted windows are asked to change car window glasses as soon as possible.
Kagame has got his new term after last week’s sham elections, but the recent events and these drastic new measures show that he is very nervous and that worries in Rwanda are not over yet.

Do these new security measuures protect average Rwandans or they only protect foreign investors?
What is wrong with protecting investors? Is Rwanda lived in by investors only? some reasoning needed.
I guessed you are champions in security keeping, but not peace. Now you are weeping of insecurity. and a self declared prince is asking reasoning. How could you endorse reasons to criminals who are abusing power, scaring fellow citizens and embzzling public treasury?
Investors means ” COLTAN and METHANE GAS no they are not concerned about the man on the street in Rwanda !!!! Otherwise Paul Kagame would not be in power for the last 20yrs and has been congratulated by the ANGLOSAXON WORLD for wining the elections 93% . Would that happen in the ANGOSAXON WORLD 93% ????? All this means COLTAN and METHANE GAS !!!!! This is why Kagame has increased ” SECURITY ” not for the “POPULATION ” just how naive can we be ????
