Rwandan Genocide suspect arrested at Brussels International Airport
Brussels – According to a report from ‘Nouvelles de Kigali a Bruxelles’ website, a genocide suspect Mr. Charles Bandora was arrested at Brussels International Airport (Zaventem) on Friday May 07.
Mr. Bandora is said to have been operating several businesses in Malawi.
A few weeks after Prosecutor General Martin Ngoga visited Malawi, Mr. Bandora was arrested by Malawian authorities early this year on a joint Rwanda-Interpol warrant but was released days later.
It is not yet clear if Belgian authorities want to extradite him to Rwanda.
